Why you teach

Why do you enjoy personal training?
Looking back on when I first began going to the gym, I realize that I did not approach it from an artistic and critical perspective. As a result, I would often “machine hop” and my results were impeded. However, through years of research, studying, and experience, I had begun to understand the science of sport and how to properly work out. It has since become a mission of mine to help others understand how to properly exercise, and achieve both their life and fitness goals.
