Adam is an ACE-CPT and NSCA-CSCS certified trainer and is pursuing his graduate studies in Biomedical Engineering at USC. Specializing in strength and conditioning and corrective exercise, he champions the philosophy of life in balance, emphasizing the mind-body connection. Adam stays active through soccer and rock climbing, reflecting his belief in functional training. 

Fun Fact: Adam is multilingual in Mandarin and Japanese!

Akhil is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a current Engineering Management Master's student at USC. Fitness and healthy living have been ingrained in Akhil’s household, shaping a lifestyle that seamlessly blends physical activity, and healthy eating habits.

As a strong believer in the relationship between a healthy body and a healthy mind, Akhil has not only mastered the science of fitness through certification but has also personally embraced various forms of physical activities. From weight training and spinning to the exhilaration of HIIT, hiking adventures, and rock climbing, Akhil has embodied the essence of an active lifestyle.

He enjoys guiding clients through transformative workouts or inspiring them to overcome challenges. Akhil recognizes the interplay between body and mind, is committed to nurturing both aspects, guiding individuals toward their dream bodies and empowering their best selves.

Fun Fact: Akhil is an avid musician, playing the drums since middle school and is currently the designated drummer for the USC Musician's club.

Andrew

Andrew is a certified personal trainer through the Brookbush Institute and is a first year doctor of physical therapy student!  He specializes in powerlifting, muscle hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and more. Andrew loves personal training because it gives him the opportunity to teach people a mastery of their bodies they never thought possible. He is grateful for the hands-on rule that he gets to pay in improving people’s fitness journeys, and overall lifestyles! 

Fun fact: Andrew is a former USC Powerlifting team captain!

Ashley is a dedicated certified personal trainer and junior at USC. She is deeply passionate about fitness and empowering others, and has committed herself to overcoming body image challenges, emerging stronger and more confident since the 2020 lockdown! Ashley uses a holistic approach in her training–focused on nurturing both the body and mind, guiding clients to their dream bodies as well as empowering their best selves. Colton

Colton has a bachelor's in kinesiology from Texas Tech University and is currently in the occupational therapy program at USC. Colton’s specialization is knowing the science of exercise. He is very familiar with the numbers that produce specific results and is happy to lend a hand to anyone who needs assistance in reaching their goals.Colton enjoys going to the gym in the morning and going hiking occasionally on weekends to stay active. He strongly believes that a person's physique must be backed up by its capabilities. There is no use in having big muscles but low strength. Colton aims to bring out the fullest potential in his training regime.

Fun Fact: Colton was in the marching band for 8 years and lifeguarded for 2 years.

Gabe

Gabe is a certified personal trainer through the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT), and a graduate student studying product development engineering. He has been working as a personal trainer since 2022, but he started his weight training journey in 2018. Since becoming a personal trainer, he has loved the opportunity to help his clients grow and achieve their fitness goals. He specializes in fat loss, hypertrophy, and strength training. When training with Gabe, his training philosophy is to first educate his clients on proper technique before getting started with the planned workout of the day. He believes that anyone can achieve their fitness goals as long as they are consistent and have a clear goal in mind.

Gabe's favorite way to stay active is do a mix of calisthenics, crossfit, and weightlifting workouts.

Fun Facts: Gabe is an Eagle Scout and he loves doing weighted pull-ups and ring dips.

Jace

Jace is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)-certified personal trainer and is a junior studying Cognitive Science at USC. He specializes in strength, functional, and conditioning training. His approach combines scientific understanding with practical training. He is a sports enthusiast, enjoying basketball, long-distance running, volleyball, and swimming to stay active. Jace believes fitness should be consistent, enjoyable, and balanced for mental and physical well-being. He aims to make exercise a rewarding part of your lifestyle.

Fun fact: Jace was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, and has served in the Korean Army for two and a half years!

James

James is a graduate student studying finance at the USC Marshall School of Business from Oakland, California. He has been working as personal trainer since 2022, and has a background in bodybuilding, amongst other exercises.. James’ favorite ways to stay active are weight lifting while enjoying music, and running while listening to a podcast. His training approach is that you get out of this world what you put in. 

Fun Fact: James ran track and played basketball in high school!

Jenna enjoys powerlifting because she loves the feeling of challenging oneself and getting stronger through it. Jenna’s training approach is to make weight training an enjoyable lifestyle; her goal is to make the gym a place that her clients look forward to going every day. Jenna believes wearing a favorite color to the gym can give extra strength! 

Fun Fact: Jenna is from Guangzhou, China / Toronto, Canada and speaks fluent Mandarin and English!

Jie goes by Moka and is a graduate student majoring in computer science. He is good at weight management and muscle hypertrophy. Moka likes to help people achieve their desired health and body goals through inspiring classes and detailed meal planning.

Julia is a senior studying Business Administration at USC Marshall School of Business and is a certified trainer! Though her personal training journey began in 2021, her passion for weightlifting started when she was a high school freshman, her motivation stemming from a desire to build muscle after overcoming health challenges and igniting her love for both health and wellness. She is inspired to help other people embrace both weight training and optimizing hormone health, with her approach emphasizing the importance of pushing oneself while listening to the body, giving it the proper rest it needs. Her favorite ways of staying active involve weight lifting and taking leisurely walks, especially during sunset!

Katie is a junior majoring in Human Biology– Applied Physiology. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She specializes in weight lifting and HIIT training, especially for clients looking to build muscle and strength. Katie believes that the gym isn’t only for working out, but also a place to find a community of supportive people. Consistency is key, and the key to consistency is a support base that encourages you to workout, even on your off days. When not lifting weights in the gym, she loves to stay active by trail running, skiing, and hiking.

Lydia is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is a senior majoring in Political Economy from Las Vegas, NV. She has worked as an F45 instructor for almost two years and a personal trainer for one, so she is familiar with people and their goals, and specializes in women’s fitness, strength training, and circuit training. Lydia loves to stay active through lifting, long-distance running, yoga, basketball, and more! A firm believer in boosting clients' confidence by improving their relationship with their fitness and their body, Lydia wants clients to enjoy the process of their fitness journey and is all about balance; she ensures her clients will do things that they love while simultaneously hitting their fitness goals.
