Youth Programs

Camp dates: July 6, 2026 – July 31, 2026

Camp consist of four 1-week long sessions and your camper can be registered to participate for one, two, three, or all four weeks.

The camp is held Monday – Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm on the USC campus (UPC).

TKC will not provide supervision before or after camp hours.

Special arrangements must be made 48 hours in advance, in writing, for early pick-up and late dismissal

Cost Per Camper

• All registration fees and camper registration packet materials (to be reflected in Camp Doc) are to be completed by the Sunday before the first day of each camp week at 10pm.
• Do you accept late registrants for each camp week?
  • Generally speaking, we do accept late registrants into each camp week (additional $25 Late Fee). However, the camper will not be allowed to start their first day of camp until all registration fees and camper registration materials (to be reflected in Camp Doc) are complete.

USC Trojan Kids Camp will email payment instructions upon completing the “TKC Pre-Registration Interest Form”

All payments must be completed online.
Note: Payment links will not be distributed until approximately June 1, 2026.

All program forms are to be accessed and completed in CampDoc

• Sports Physical
  • Option 1: If your child has completed a physical with a medical professional dated after July 1, 2025, this record may be uploaded to CampDoc to fulfill the physical requirement.
    • If our camp staff needs additional information, clearance, or clarification, you will be contacted via CampDoc.

*Parents/guardians are NOT allowed to waive this requirement.
*Your camper will be sent home if dropped off without medical clearance.
*USC Trojan Kids Camp will not reimburse or comp expenses for physical visits.

If you do not have an appointment scheduled this summer with your primary care physician, you can obtain a Sports Physical by reaching out to local clinics such as:

**Being that this is not your child’s primary care physician, please have the TKC Physical Form completed by this provider.

Parent Orientation

Any cancellations made up to, and including, 14 days prior to the start date of the registered camp week will be given a full refund minus a $25 registration/processing fee. Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date of the registered camp week will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 registration/processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start date of the registered camp week. All refund requests must be made in writing to trojankidscamp@usc.edu.

In the event of a sustained injury with a doctor’s note (saying that the camper will not be able to participate in the camp) or a positive camper’s COVID test. A refund will be assessed on a prorated schedule minus the $25 registration/processing fee.

All refund requests for injury must be made in writing.
