USC Recreational Sports is proud to offer USC Workout to the university community! USC Workout are group training classes that include formats such as boxing and yoga. Our group training classes are led and taught by certified instructors. By purchasing the USC Workout Pass, you will have access to unlimited classes throughout the academic semester.
